His Highness the Amir issued a decree law (13) for the year 2014

His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar today issued a decree No. (13) for the year 2014 amending some provisions of Law No. 7 of 2012 educational voucher system.
Law and ruled that by the Higher Education Instituteto pay the value of educational vouchers owed to the schools referred to in Article 1 of this law for all Qatari students enrolled in these schools. 
It shall issue regulations and procedures for the application of the educational voucher system, the decision of the Minister of Education and Higher Education. 
The decree law is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette. 
The educational voucher system provided for in this law, does not apply on the children of staff in government entities that gives its employees the benefits of special tuition fees for their children as spent.
