His Highness the Amir issued Decree No. (45) for the year 2014

His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar today issued Decree No. (45) for the year 2014 to ratify a memorandum of understanding in the field of education between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, signed in Doha on 01/27/2014, and shall have the force In accordance with rule of law (68) of the Constitution.

The decree is effective from the date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
