HH the Amir Issues Decisions

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on Tuesday endorsed the cabinet's decision No. (27) of 2013, on the Applicability of Provisions of Law No.( 24) of 2002 regarding the retirement and pension for Qatari citizens working with Qatar Cancer Society (QSC).

HH the Amir also endorsed the cabinet's decision No. (28) of 2013, on the applicability of the provisions of Law No. ( 24 ) of 2002 on retirement and pensions for Qatari nationals working with Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani Foundation for Humanitarian Services (RAF).

HH the Amir approved the cabinet decision No.(29 ) of 2013, regarding the setting up a grievance committee assigned to real estates' expropriation for the public benefit and defining its functions.

HH the Amir ratified as well the cabinet's decision No.(31) of 2013, on forming a grievance committee at Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and determine the procedures to be followed.

HH the Amir endorsed cabinet's decision No.(32) of 2013, on naming chairman and members of the aforesaid grievance committee at QFMA.

HH the Amir also approved the Cabinet's decision No.(33) of 2013, amending provisions of the decision No.(16) of 2011, regarding the setting up of National Committee for Occupational Safety and Health.

The decisions are to go into operation and be effective as from the date of their issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
