HH the Amir Issues Two Instruments of Ratification

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Monday an instrument of ratification approving a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to hold political talks between the Foreign Ministry of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama. The MoU was signed in Panama City on 10 October  2013.

HH the Amir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement signed between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Hong Kong Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, signed in Hong Kong on 2 May  1999.
