HH the Amir Issues Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today Amiri decree No. 36 of 2013 endorsing an agreement on the encouragement and guarantee of investments  between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Tajikistan signed in the city of  Dushanbe on 25.11.3011 and shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Amir issued law No. 38 of 2013 endorsing an agreement of the exemption of subjects of the two countries carrying diplomatic, special and service passports from entry visas between governments of the State of Qatar and Popular Democratic Republic of Algeria signed in the city of Algiers on 24.1. 2010 and shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Amir issued law No. 39 of 2013 endorsing an agreement in the field of endowments and Islamic affairs between government of the State of Qatar and the Popular Democratic Republic of Algeria signed in the city of Doha  on 28.12.2010 and shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution

HH the Amir  issued decree No. 40 endorsing a cooperation protocol  in the field of archives  between governments of the State of Qatar  and the Popular Democratic Republic of Algeria signed in the city of Algiers on 24. 1. 2010  and shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 41 of 2013 endorsing an agreement between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Belarus  on the exemption of subjects of the two countries carrying diplomatic and special passports from entry visas signed in the city of Doha on 15.8.2011 and shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 28 of the Constitution.

The decrees are to go into effect from the date of issue and are to be  published in the official gazette.
