HH the Amir then ratified approval of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in education , higher education and scientific research between the governments of Qatar and Peru and which was signed in the city of Lima on 14/02/2013.
HH the Amir ratified as well approval of an air service agreement between the governments of Qatar and Colombia and which was signed in Bogota city on 15/02/2013.
HH the Amir then ratified the approval on the economic, trade and technical cooperation agreement between the governments of Qatar and Ecuador and which was signed in the city of Quito on 16/02/2013.
HH the Amir finally endorsed the approval of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the ministries of foreign affairs in the State of Qatar and the Republic of Ecuador and which was signed in the city of Quito on 16/02/2013.
