His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, met today at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission of the State of Qatar to the United Nations in New York with a number of Heads of delegations participating in the 68th UN General Assembly session.

HH The Amir met separately with King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Swaziland, President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita of Mali, President Dervis Eroglu of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, President Ikililou Dhoinine of the Republic of Comoros Islamic Federal, and President Mahinda Rajapaksa of the Republic of Sri Lanka.

Discussions during the meetings dealt with bilateral relations and the most important topics on the agenda of the current session of the UN General Assembly .

The meetings were attended by a number of Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH The Amir.
