HH The Amir Receives FIFA President

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received Friday night at Khalifa International Stadium FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who was visiting Qatar to attend the inauguration of Khalifa International stadium and the final of HH The Amir Cup.

At the outset of the meeting, the FIFA President praised the facilities of Khalifa International Stadium, which will be one of the stadiums hosting World Cup 2022. The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation and the means to enhance them, as well as reviewing the latest preparations for hosting World Cup 2022.
