HH The Amir Receives U.S. Acting Secretary of Homeland Security

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Kevin McAleenan of the friendly the United States, at His Highness residence in Washington DC on Tuesday evening.

During the meeting, they reviewed the strategic bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the security field, and ways of developing and strengthening them to include cybersecurity and its development in the field of cooperation between the two countries during Football World Cup in Qatar in 2022 and the U.S. in 2026.

The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellences members of the accompanying official delegation.
