Signing Ceremony of Agreements and MoUs

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Pakistani Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif held an official session of talks this evening.

During the session they discussed relations of cooperation between the two countries and means of enhancing and developing them to serve the common interests and exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments.

HH The Amir and the Pakistani Prime Minister witnessed the singing of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding between governments of the two countries. A cooperation agreement in the cultural field between the governments of the State of Qatar and Islamic Republic of Pakistan was signed. A cooperation agreement in the field of youth and sports was also signed between governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

HH The Amir and the Pakistani Prime Minister also witnessed the signing of the first executive programme for cooperation in the fields of education, higher education and scientific research of the cultural, scientific, technical, educational and information agreement between governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
