HH The Amir attends the reception hosted by US Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Qatar-US Economic Council

HH The Amir attends part of the ceremony held by the Embassy of Kuwait on the occasion of Kuwait's 54th National Day anniversary

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended today a reception hosted by the US Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the National Economic Council at the Four Seasons hotel in the US capital, Washington Talks during the event dealt with topics of mutual interest, especially economic and trade and ways to promote investment between the two sides.

During the ceremony, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and industry and the US Chamber of Commerce.

The reception was attended by US Secretary of Trade Penny Pritzker, Senator John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee as well as a number of business leaders and the heads of major US companies members of the US-Qatar Business Council.

It was also attended by a number of Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH The Amir.
