HH The Amir greeted upon arrival at Asmara by President of Eritrea Isaias Afwerki

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here this afternoon with President Isaias Afewerki of Eritrea, at the presidential palace.

During the meeting, HH The Amir and the Eritrean President reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways of developing them in various fields in and discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.

Later, the Eritrean President hosted a luncheon in honour of HH The Amir and his accompanying delegation.
