HH The Amir Meets the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met this evening with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, at the Royal Palace.
During the meeting, HH The Amir and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques reviewed the fraternal ties between the two countries and ways of strengthening them. Discussions also dealt with regional and international issues, especially in light of the current events and developments in the region, and the latest developments in Palestine, especially in the Gaza Strip.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Minister of Interior Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The meeting was also attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, and Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH The Amir.
