HH The Amir Holds Talks with Moroccan King
His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the King Mohamed VI of Morocco on Friday held a session of talks at the Royal Palace in Moroccan City Marrakesh.
During the session, they discussed bilateral relation and means for developing them in all fields, specifically in development projects. A range of issues of common concern were discussed, as well.
HH The Amir and the Moroccan Monarch attended the signing of a number of agreements and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the two countries.
The two sides singed an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and the Protocol thereto, an MoU on the State of Qatar's grant to contribute to the financing of development projects in Morocco, an agreement on industrial cooperation and an agreement on the establishment and construction of infrastructure projects.
