HH The Amir Receives Phone Call from French President

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received today a phone call from HE President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron.

During the phone call, the two sides discussed the relations of friendship and cooperation, as well as the regional and international developments, mainly the developments in the Palestinian territories. 

In that regard, HH The Amir stressed Qatar's firm stance in condemning all forms of targeting civilians and the need to make more efforts to reduce escalation, spare civilians the consequences of fighting, open safe corridors for relief and humanitarian efforts in Gaza, and ensure that violence does not expand regionally.
