His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President Joseph Boakai on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath as President of the Republic of Liberia, wishing him success in performing his missions and for bilateral relations between the two countries further development and progress.
