His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Saturday a cable of condolences to HE President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, on the victims of the crash of a military plane in northeastern Ukraine, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
