His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of condolences to HM King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and HE Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte on the victims of the shooting incident that took place on Monday in Utrecht, the Netherlands, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
