His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to HH Prime Minister of the fraternal State of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on the occasion of the success of the surgery that he underwent.
