HH The Amir Issues Law on Military Retirement

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Tuesday Law No. 2 of 2022 on military retirement.

The law is effective six months after the date of its publication in the official gazette, with the exception of Article 20 (paragraph 2) which shall be enforced starting from the date of the issuance of this law.
