HH the Amir Issues Law of Establishing Investment and Commerce Court

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued law no. 21 of 2021 of establishing the Investment and Commerce Court.

The law is effective six months after its publishing in the official gazette.
