HH the Amir Issues Law on Mediation in Civil and Commercial Disputes

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued law no. 20 of 2021 on mediation in civil and commercial Disputes.

The law is effective starting from its date of issuance and is to be published in the official gazette.
