HH The Amir Issues Decree Approving Establishment of a Presence of United Nations OCHA Office in Doha

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, today issued Decree No. 2 for 2020 to ratify terms of reference between the United Nations, represented by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the State of Qatar represented by the government of the State of Qatar, regarding the establishment of a presence of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Doha, signed in the city of Doha on 16/12/2018, the text of which is attached to this decree and has the force of law, according to Article no. 68 of the Constitution.

The decree issued for its implementation from the date of its issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.
