HH The Amir Issues Decisions Appointing Ambassadors to Rwanda and Germany

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued on Thursday the Amiri Decision No. 45 of 2019, appointing Abdullah Mohammed Ahmed Yousef Al Sayed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Rwanda. 

HH The Amir also issued the Amiri Decision No. 46 of 2019, appointing Mohammed bin Jaham Al Kuwari, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Germany. 

The decisions are effective starting from their issuance date and are to be published in the official gazette.
