His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today instrument of ratification approving the ratification of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to cooperate in the sports field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire signed in Abidjan on December 23, 2017.
