HH The Amir Issues Decree Ratifying MoU for cooperation in Education with Azerbaijan

HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued today the Decree No 54 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the field of education, higher education and scientific research between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed in Baku on 8/3/2016, which shall have the power of law according to the Article 68 of the constitution.

The Decree is effective starting from its date of publication in the official gazette.
