HH The Amir Issues Decree Ratifying MoU on Exchanging Experiences, Cooperating on Legal, Judicial Affairs with Colombia

HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued the Decree No. 53 of 2017 ratifying a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on exchanging experiences and cooperating on legal and judicial affairs between the Ministry of Justice of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Justice and Law of the Republic of Colombia, signed in Bogota on July 27, 2016, which shall have the power of law according to the Article 68 of the constitution.

The decree is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
