HH the Amir Appoints Ambassador to Cyprus

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Amiri Decision No. 29 of 2016, appointing Sultan Ibrahim Youssef Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Cyprus. 

The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
