HH the Amir Issues Instrument of Ratification

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft Memorandum of Understanding for joint cooperation between the Diplomatic Institute at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National School of Administration (ENA) in the Republic of France, signed in Paris on 24/06/2014.
