HH the Amir Issues Law No. 7

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued the Amiri Law No. 7 of 2014 promulgating the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Trademarks Law.
The law shall be effective within six months from the date of the adoption by the Trade Cooperation Committee of the attached Law and is to be published in the Official Gazette
