HH the Amir Issues Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani today issued decree No. 47 of 2013 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding in the health field between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Bulgaria, singed in the city of Sophia on 17.5.2012. The MoU shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 48 of 2013 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding on tourism cooperation between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Ecuador, signed in the city of Quito on 16.2.2013. The MoU shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 49 of 2013 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the public prosecution work between  the public prosecution in the State of Qatar and the Justice Ministry in the Tunisian Republic, signed in the city of Tunis on 16.7.2012. The MoU shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 50 of 2013 ratifying a protocol on cultural cooperation for the restoration, rehabilitation and development of touristic sites and historical monuments in the Tunisian Republic between governments of the State of Qatar and the Tunisian Republic, signed in the city of Tunis on 16.7.2012. The protocol shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 51 of 2013 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of agriculture, animal and fish wealth between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Bulgaria, signed in the city of Sophia on 17.5.2012. The MoU shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 52 ratifying a cooperation agreement in the cultural field between governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Thailand, signed in the city of Doha on 4.3.2013.The agreement  shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 53 of 2013 ratifying an agreement on cooperation and news exchange between Qatar News Agency (QNA)  and Saudi Press Agency (SPA), signed in the city of Doha on15.12.2008.The agreement shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 54 of 2013 ratifying a free trade agreement between GCC states and the Republic of Singapore, singed in the city of Doha on 15.12.2008. The agreement  shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued decree No. 55 of 2013 ratifying an agreement of cultural and artistic cooperation between governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed in the city of Tehran on 18.7.2008. The agreement shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

The decrees shall go into effect from the date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
