HH the Amir Issues Three Laws

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Wednesday issued the Law No. 8 of the year 2013 amending some provisions of the Law Decree No. 21 of the year 2006 on private institutions of public benefit.

HH the Amir has also issued the Law No. 9 of the year 2013 on genetic fingerprinting.

Moreover, HH issued as well the Law No. 10 of the year 2013 releasing the law /unified regulation/ on anti-dumping and countervailing and preventive measures for GCC states.

The laws are to be implemented and published in the Official Gazette.
