HH the Amir issued Amiri decision no 61 of 2016 appointing Mohammed Jaham Abdulaziz Al Kuwari as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Kingdom of Spain.
The law is effective starting from its date of publication in the official gazette.
