HH The Amir Receives CEO of Shell plc

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received  at his Amiri Diwan office this morning the Chief Executive Officer of Shell plc Ben van Beurden and his accompanying delegation, who called on HH The Amir to greet him on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
 
HH The Amir wished Ben van Beurden good luck in his future duties. He also welcomed Wael Sawan and congratulated him on his appointment as CEO of the group, wishing him luck and success in his duties.
 
For his part, Ben van Beurden expressed thanks and appreciation to HH The Amir for the cooperation accorded to him during his tenure.
 
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation between Qatar and Shell plc in the energy field and prospects of developing them.
