HH The Amir Holds Talks Session with President of Namibia
His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE President of the Republic of Namibia Hage Geingob held an official talks session at the Amiri Diwan on Monday morning.
During the session, the two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and aspects of developing them in various fields, especially in the field of investment and energy, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common concern.
The session was attended by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, HE Chief of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi.
On the Namibian side, it was attended by HE Minister of Defense and Veterans Affairs Frans Kapofi and HE Minister of Mines and Energy Tom Alweendo.
An official reception ceremony was accorded for HE the President of Namibia upon his arrival at the Amiri Diwan.
