HH The Amir Holds Reception for Leaders of Brotherly and Friendly Countries, Heads of Delegations Participating in FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Closing Ceremony

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, held a reception ceremony for Their Majesties, Highnesses, and Excellencies, leaders of brotherly and friendly countries, and heads of delegations participating in the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, at Lusail Stadium this evening.

The reception was attended by HH Personal Representative of HH The Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, and a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers.

The ceremony was attended by HE President of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) Gianni Infantino.

During the reception, conversations and views were exchanged on a number of topics, especially those related to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where Their Majesties, Highnesses and Excellencies expressed their congratulations to HH The Amir on the success of organizing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, wishing success to the State of Qatar in the upcoming international events.

For his part, HH The Amir welcomed the leaders of brotherly and friendly countries in Qatar, wishing them a pleasant stay.
