HH The Amir Holds Phone Call With President of Uzbekistan

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani made a phone call today to HE President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

At the beginning of the call, HH The Amir congratulated the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on his re-election for a new presidential term, wishing him success. In turn, HE Uzbek President expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to HH The Amir for his congratulations.

During the call, bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, as well as ways of support and enhance them, in addition to issues of mutual interest.
